2710 Oxford/2618 Orchard Lane

Got your bike helmet on? The neighborhood is bursting with sounds of children playing and several new bike riders. This is our first dual award! These 2 homes share corner lots that have been totally redone. The trees were trimmed, bushes removed and a new landscape is in progress. Previously, the corner was full of overgrown landscaping and it was difficult to see on‐coming traffic. The visibility allows families to eye their children and cars to spot the bike riders. I can see the potential art piece in progress. Delightful to hear the KU band practicing and kids playing outside… Sunset is a pleasant place to live.

933 Pamela

Creating memories. This home features a new spooky fence, several scary decorations, beware and warning signs, a Dad with his construction tools and a group of girls squealing with delight. Dad is busy with the extensive Halloween details on the exterior of the house, yard and trees. The neighbor kids are enjoying a beautiful fall day. Love the thought that has gone into the holiday décor and memories that will last forever. A home full of life is magical (and scary, of course).

3008 Stevens Drive

Recent renovations say “Welcome home”. Updated with a soft shade of gray, window boxes, fresh landscaping and a new driveway. The design improvements and modern furniture enhance the architecture of this home.

3024 Oxford Circle

Secret Garden. This classic style home sits behind a mature lush English style garden. Golden grasses sparkle in the afternoon light and the last colors of zinnias are poking out of the beds, a delightful yard, well maintained, a nice collaboration of plant material. Inviting.

3010 Harvard

A pop of red color against the nice gray background draws your attention to the stylish bench sitting behind a rock garden and bubbling water feature. An intimate, calm, entrance with curb appeal is warm and welcoming.

1301 Jana Drive

Watch out Sunset Hill… this charming hill‐side home is crawling with skeletons, a few have managed to scale the side of the home, some are peeking through the trees, a few more are sweeping through the steep slope in the front yard, one had an unfortunate accident with the trunk of a tree. A clever design with a family of skeletons. Can’t help but smile.

1022 Lawrence Ave

Wow, recently renovated with new siding/color, driveway and attractive shutters, this house looks happy. The shutters are an updated design, a nice feature that compliments the home. Like the updated color combination.

906 Schwarz

Impressive overhead structure. Some homes reflect the creative ideas from several remodeling projects. The one‐of‐a kind home on Schwarz has a unique castle corner, a couple additions and the newest update is a dynamic overhead structure, the architectural design compliments the home and pulls all the past projects together. A new colored driveway and a gentle landscape with blooming roses!

3020 Nathan Circle Drive

Drive by too fast and you will miss this home nestled behind trees on a cul‐de‐sac. Swooping roof lines give it a charming hobbit style, blending house and yard. The updates are well done, trim paint, tastefully designed fencing and fresh landscaping. A few holiday decorations were cheerfully dotted throughout the yard.
