- Report an ongoing electrical power outage: Call the Evergy Automated Outage Report number, 1-800-544-4857, and report the outage. A crew will be dispatched to your home to troubleshoot, if they are not already working on the problem.
- Report an electrical power interruption: call Evergy Customer Service at 1-800-383-1183 and report the interruption.
- Report a missed solid waste pickup: submit a request for a city service.
- Recycle hazardous waste: consult the city Household Hazardous Waste page.
- Find out what I can recycle using the city program or request a recycling bin: consult the city Recycling web page.
- Report a city code violation: submit a request for a city service.
- Report a loose or captured animal: call 785-832-7509.
- Report traffic safety concerns such as speeding vehicles, vehicles running stops signs, making illegal turns, failing to yield at crosswalks etc: use the traffic safety reporting tool.
