Once a year the Sunset Hill Neighborhood Association recognizes neighbors who have recently enhanced their home through renovations, landscaping, or other improvements. Congratulations to the 9 homes receiving Applause Awards for 2016!

Refreshed front with tasteful updates, a new porch, door, paint and landscape.  Transformed the look of this home.  Great example of an update that adds charm and value.  Inviting and well designed.
